Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to United States, Canada, Europe (All Countries), Australia & New Zealand.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders

Estimated Shipping Times: 
USA:
3 - 7 days.  (USPS/DHL)
UK & Germany:
4 - 10 days. (Hermes)
Australia:
4 -10 days (Australia Post)
Spain:
4 -10 days (CTT Express)
Italy:
4 -10 days (IT post)
Canada:
10 - 14 days
All other countries:
7 - 21 business days.

We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 48 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days during peak periods.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, such as VISA, Mastercard, AMEX.

Do they come in children's sizes?

The EzMask support frame can be used for children 7 years and above. Additionally, you can use scissors to cut the edges of the frame & resize the frame for a perfect fit.

Will I have to pay International taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped.

ezMask cannot control and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Note on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

I need to change or cancel something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. After 24 hours or once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations. 

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please let us know within 30 days from receiving your order. Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund. Please contact us with your order number as well as the reason for your return; they will schedule the return and provide you with the necessary information to move forward. Note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

What if the item(s) I received is defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is defective, incorrect, damaged or missing. To ensure a smooth return, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long is the return process, and when will I receive my refund?

Processing returns may take up to 5 business days from the day we receive your return. You should receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. 

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request
